I wish there was some sort of magic bullet to protect you from radiation poisoning or microwaves, but the two forms of protection are a faraday cage for microwaves, and lead for ionizing (cancer causing) radiation.
You can easily find plans online to make a faraday cage, and you can adjust them to accomodate your living/sleeping space.
its not mind blowing science, you probably seen them around town, to protect pedestrians from electric shocks
there are ready made kits that are popup tents, or you can find build kits for your room. It sucks that you have to live in a bird cage, but unfortunetly there is no other way to stop from the microwaves.
Im not sure that this works with milimeter waves ( the new class of microwave weaponry) but when youre trying to avoid exposure, its a process of elimination
Dont just by the first thing, cuz this abuse is expensive, do your research and make a SMART BUY and do your research, do your research, do your research.
You can buy interlockig bricks, or standard bricks, but be prepared to find a shipper who can recieve your pallet, and get a truck to transport it to your house. Then build a enclosure
then you can build a "bathtub" like enclosure around an area of the house you feel like you would be spending a large amount of time in ( bed, couch, room, ect.),
keep in mind, if you feel like youre still getting penetration, and exposure, then either the radiation device is inside your enclosure, or you need thicker protection
Lucky for you, these materials are in ample supply, because it's actually common for many people who build a amateur or pro music studio to use lead bricks to build out their recording lounge. So plans and materials exist to help someone who may be new to this, but also have the coin to create a room.
The reason being lead brick lined rooms are used in music studio construction, is that the lead shields the equipment from ambient radiation that will effect the recording.
With the advent of G5, the lead lining is getting even thicker, to avoid the new band from getting into recording studios and eff cringe equipment.
I would just use music studio plans to create your ionizing proof room, instead of trying to wing it yourself
