An involving narrative is a psychological tactic used by harassers in the Cointelpro 2.0 program. its main focus is to keep you distracted or not solving your problems so your life can go back to normal. While you're being harassed and scared another team will simultaneously be digging up information that the government has on you and using pieces of that information to go investigate and possibly start fires in your life.
Think of it like the situation where a celebrity will tweet something 10 years ago then they are up for a job and 2019-2020 or whatever year it is that you're reading this, and someone digs up the tweet to make sure they can't get the job.
It's like that but for your life and it's on STEROIDS.
What that does is keep you distracted to not solving your problem. Since you're so busy trying to reverse the character assassination damage done by these contractors or third party group hired by the contractors, to keep you spinning in circles so you don't reach out to you reporters or community groups who has now begun to believe lots of rumors that have been spread about you.
That not only distracts you but if the story of why your harassment started keeps changing and you keep getting pointed in different directions, it's a pretty good indicator lots of things you were afraid of that started your problem ARE NOT the causes of it.
One of the toughest challenges is getting the police to log the information or take a report especially if you're getting stonewalled by law enforcement. if you're having trouble them saying they can't file a replace report because there's no evidence ask them to file a incident report which is a report based off your testimony. This still gets logged into the law enforcement database.
